Nutrition for the Eyes
Carrots contain nutrients that are essential for good eyesight. They do not enable you to “see in the dark” as myth has it. In fact, the healthier the eyes the more quickly they cope from the transition of day into night. Carrots contain beta-carotene which gives carrot the orange color and also the name. Due to the usefulness of carrot it has been considered as one of the top most salad requirements. You can get these nutrients elsewhere however. There are other foods and nutrients that are beneficial for the eyes.

- An ayurvedic medicine name Triphala is considered to work immensely in favor of your eyes
- Consuming blueberry juice also considered to be very useful for your eyes
